Widgit symbol update

We are now including all the Widgit Symbols up to the end of 2008 with The Grid 2.  That's almost 3,000 extra symbols, bringing the total to over 11,000, with many new curriculum based symbols included.

The Widgit Symbols are included with The Grid 2 in most countries and languages.
