Languages
The Grid 2 is available in many languages, as shown in the table below, and includes the latest life-like and natural sounding voices from Acapela. Most languages include both male and female voices, and you can also use The Grid 2 multi-lingually, switching between languages when you need to. Unless specified, all languages have been fully translated. Full translations provide the following in your own language: - sample grid sets
- ability to make your own grid sets
- translated menus
- Acapela speech included
- dictionaries, and other spelling and grammar tools
- symbol searches
There is also an option to have Arabic grid sets and Acapela speech, but with English menus for non-Arabic speaking support staff. Partial Translations
Partial translations of The Grid 2 are available for the following languages. The menus used when editing will be in English, but the grids and speech are in the correct language, so you can create your own grid sets. - Greek - does not include a sample user
- Russian - includes a symbol set user
- Turkish - includes a keyboard user
We have a full translation in Mandarin available, but currently there are no Acapela voices. However, it is possible to purchase other voices to use. For some suggestions, click on the link below.
